@brandonhundt is this still relevant? It seems like the Feed include_tags
(already in Publish) and exclude_tags
(I see @svevang has PR PRX/feeder.prx.org#433) cover this functionality.
Maybe tie this ticket to the frontend work for exclude_tags

Yes and no. I feel like we are good for now with the changes, but when it comes to a new feeder frontend we'll want to rethink this approach to make it less keyword based.

The industry is moving in a direction where we may need to deliver public and private episodes from the same series.
HMW do this?
Initial suggestion, use private audio structures (ala a podcast trailer not containing ad zones)
