As a first step to getting transcription off the ground, @farski and I think we should allow producers to request an automated transcript in AWS that will be emailed to the producer.
This way the transcript does not need to be stored, displayed, or edited within Publish, but the producer can use it as they see fit (for like posting on their own site).
Again, this is only step 1. We want to learn what producers will ask for and iterate from there.
