background graphic for sumo me #12

thinking similar to radio.radiotopia.fm stars and gradient but as a single image to use as background for the sumo me app.

@farski can take a shot at this based on his other work on radio, but I also think it might make sense to have jay make something specific for this purpose.

I used the Advanced template Farski created and just did a cut&paste of that into each of the site's SumoMe configurations.
