[Quality Control]: 2 cheats dont have mastercode! #46

Some files are missing a mastercode

as of commit https://github.com/PS2-Widescreen/OPL-Widescreen-Cheats/commit/5f99caff4c0cabcd2a7edf69a0e8b1de119355c2

running the quality control script trows the following warnings:

[SLES_500.51.cht]: could not find a matching mastercode string
[SLES_503.06..cht]: has an invalid ELF header: [SLES_503.06]
[SLES_507.70.cht]: could not find a matching mastercode string
[SLES_524.46.cht]: could not find a matching mastercode string

SLES_503.06..cht issue has been adressed already
