Applying SLUS_210.90.cht does widen things up (as best it can, at least)

Also has the negative side effect of a game-breaking bug:

In Level 2-5, boss will get stuck off screen after switching to its secondary sliding attack pattern, with bonus annoying SFX loop! CHT file in its current form needs to be disabled in order to beat boss/level.
