I have a problem after the last update 4.91 after installing HEN, from time to time after starting the game the system turns off and asks if I should reset the system but it doesn't help and I have to reinstall hfw and hen and so on PS3 Slim Zach3004a

It could be related to fan control if you have selected dynamic fan mode. In HEN, manual or SYSCON mode should be selected when a game is started. Otherwise the dynamic fan control could cause a panic in the hypervisor when it tries to change the fan speed due increment of heat when a game starts.

try restore settings through item 2 of the recovery menu

Also, look after which game or program the system crashes. Some programs may not support the current firmware, which can cause similar problems.

You can also try alternative hen

Sometimes in fifa 13 but after reinstall firmware work fine

Try to see how it behaves in other games. Perhaps it is this game that is damaged in some place, which is causing such problems. That is, until code processing reaches the damaged area, so it works elsewhere.
