1.1 - Issues with welcome page and header #114

Reported directly by Patrick, grouped together because they're small and relevant to the front page:

1. Tutorials link on Welcome page goes to Downloads. 2. Header text at top of screen is sometimes black instead of white. image 3. "Hidden" button for Developer Mode in all downloads. image

Proposed Fixes:

  1. Revise Tutorials link to go to appropriate page.
  2. Add color to the art-logo-slogan css class.
  3. Comment out code for Developer Mode so users can't access it.

I've already got these changes squared away on my end- if there's preference for any other approaches, namely for Developer Mode, just let me know over the next few days!
