IssueID 70: If available type is selected, and then user clicks on Info button, and then closes Info button, the available type becomes unselected again.

This has nothing to do with the dialog, it has to do with when someone clicks the info button for some reason, it selects / deselects the row. Odd. Looking into how to fix.
