make dropdown list only include integers

I am not sure what this means, there is no way to make this definitive. Are you suggesting that we have a few set values for these things. Alternatively, we could just make them standard input boxes without the arrows. What values should go in these?

the up and down buttons increment by .1 probably more useful if they increment by 1 as long as users can still enter a fractional number if they desire.
