IssueID 80: Confusing that entry boxes go to 00.0 and 2017US$ once you save. Would be better if they change to a non-numeric value, like if it says "select value"

See about changing 0/2017 to blank/"--"

Entry boxes start out at 0.0:2017:usd and are reset when anything is updated. Instead of fixing it so they go to blank values, I added an extra div to the recursive edit dialog box that shows that you have successfully (or unsuccessfully) updated something.
