The ANCOVA Python implementation is still missing. The R version can be found here: ANCOVA

Hello @seemaniabhilipsa,

Thank you very much for your kind offer to help. Currently, I'm already preparing a PR for ANCOVA. I just wasn't sure how I can assign myself to this task.

However, please feel free to help out with any other Python related topic and / or improve my code once the PR has been accepted.
