Proper way to use {renv} #294

Under contribute, there is no current way listed that CAMIS wants contributors to use {renv}. It would be helpful to the user to list how to use {renv} to make a contribution to CAMIS.

It could be as easy just listing the function renv::snapshot and then push the lock file and .txt files to GitHub.
