This PR changes the Asset model from using a mix of BEA data and results from CCC to instead using original data work. This increases transparency, and it will facilitate future updates. Documentation is in progress. Also, doing the original preparation work eliminates the use of the depreciation adjustment factors.

This also eliminates the use of land and inventories, neither of which were being actively used by the model. In the future, a separate inventory model could be added. Land would only be relevant insofar as it would be reallocated across sectors.

This approach also simplifies the process of building the full investment and capital history and forecast for each business type.
