Add another notebook with examples #25

This PR adds a new notebook to produce the plots use in a presentation at the National Tax Association Annual Meetings in 2023.

@john-p-ryan I was able to run the existing example notebook (ComparingCandidatePlatforms.ipynb) with no issues. Let me know if you don't have the same experience.
