Any use in OG-USA of taxcalc utility functions? #300

I've searched through the OG-USA code base and did not find any use of functions in taxcalc/utils.py. Can OG-USA developers confirm my finding that no taxcalc/utils.py functions are used in this repo?

No response saying that I missed any use in og-usa repo of utility functions in taxcalc/utils.py, so closing this question.
