Remove list of community calls in favor of larger calendar? #276

I'd like to suggest removing the list of community calls on https://pslmodels.org/events.html in favor of a larger embedded calendar (like this). Now that PolicyEngine events are included in the calendar, the list of monthly calls is going to get quite long. This change would also alleviate the need to manually update the list of calls monthly. Thoughts welcome and appreciated!

1. We should probably use different colors for different types of events on the google calendar though, so it's easy to see, e.g., Demo Days vs community calls.

Agreed @jdebacker. I was able to change the colors in the Google calendar but for some reason the change isn't reflected in the embedded calendar. I'll keep looking into this
