Add white logo with transparent background #299

In case needed for dark backgrounds, I created png and svg files of white PSL logos: Untitled design PSL logo white

Could add them to the imgs folder if helpful.

Here's how it looks on a dark background:

This could add consistency to the header with the new site, by replacing the upper left logo
