great work guys...

Would it be possible to generate the output behind, e.g., Figure 5 in the BFI working paper, and post it in the repository?

@mwaugh0328 here is Figure 5: fig5_rep_rate_state.csv.zip

we are going to release a new version of the paper soon which explicitly includes this table. after we release, we will figure out repkit too.

aww average weekly wage rr_fpuc replacement rate with FPUC awba average weekly benefit amount rr1 replacement rate without FPUC

ignore the last column, which is legacy material
