Installation script improvement #11

Dear professor Becerra, first of all I would like to thank you for this awesome and powerful piece of software! I dared to make some amendments and rise this pull request. The changes are mostly in the installation script. The detailed description of all changes is given the the commit bellow. One of the goals was to free the user from modifying the makefiles. But this needs further testing...

The .travis.yml script is modified in this commit according to changes in the installation script.

Hello, your request was never committed as the build process was changed to operate with CMake soon after you made the request. I hope you are still using and benefiting from PSOPT. Best wishes.

Dear professor, I noticed more than year ago. The solution with the cmake scripts is way more better!
