Some included filenames are not correct #30

I'd like to report that some included filenames are not correct.

For ex. in EAGO.jl include("Relaxations/scheme.jl")

But the filename is 'Scheme.jl'.

Issue resolved in new version of EAGO. Apparently this was due to a capitalization convention on some operating systems. File names were updated to prevent this.
