Fix bugs in guarded context #96

Just a set of trivial bug fixes for guarded context. (I ended up with not using guarded context though.)

FYI: I recently started to use EAGO in my project (a package for thermodynamic calculation). Although I've been encountering several difficulties, EAGO is awesome overall. Really appreciate your work and hope further development of the package.
