[MVSPSP] Compatibility issue #279

New Feature

After unlocking ark-4, some games stopped working on the neo-geo mvpsp emulator. Even after performing the usual cache creation process, some files were not recognized by the emulator. Some of the affected games are kof 99, 00, 02, 03. I tried installing several versions of the emulator, but none of them worked.
