yes it does.

Version 4.20.66 Rev 7 I have a suggestion for numbering your CFW. It would be possible to change to 6.61-0 and so on. 6.61-1, 6.61-2, 6.61-3 etc.

6.61 isn't the only supported firmware though, 6.60 is also supported and all of Vita's ePSP firmwares that are based on 6.60 but are their own thing.
