Add toggle not add custom CFW XMB icons / settings / text to XMB #349

New Feature

I like the clean OFW look, and if i really need to change something I do not mind opening the VSH menu or even enter recovery. Also I do not change CFW settings every day.

It would be nice to have an option to completely avoiding custom XMB icons / setting to be added to the XMB ( ARK-4 update, CFW Settings , Plugins Manager, Custom Launcher ).

I know that those custom icons / settings / text in the XMB are a nice QOL, so the toggle should be "On" (aka: "show custom label icosn and text") by default.

Just remove XMBCTRL.PRX (or back it up i.e XMBCTRL.PRX.BAK) they will all be stock icons.
