They seem to be older versions of emulators already in the archive: https://archive.org/search.php?query=creator%3A%22NJ%2C+phoe-nix%22 or are they different in some other way? If so, let me know.

Comparing this version to the last official one from NJ, there are only minor differences, most of them to the readme:
