hi guys, it is not clear to me where you have acquired the sequence of ribosomal RNA for human from ensembl. Similarly, it is not clear to me what you mean by coding and non-coding sequences Also I was wondering if the tool can be used on RNA seq data from ribosomal RNA depleted RNA seq
