Updates to ExportParameters (eWSF) screen #3

  1. Add a comment to resample portion: If the resample resolution is not provided, the ASCII files will be created using the original HRU/DEM resolution.
  2. Replace "save a zipped copy" checkbox with "Output parameter file only" checkbox. The new checkbox won't be checked by default. The new checkbox will only output the parameter .csv file in the target directory
  3. Restore the delete profile button to the local profile builder

Question on item #3. Should non-admin users be able to delete public profiles? Or should the delete button only be restored to the local profile builder?

The delete button has been restored to BOTH the public and local profile builders.
