PE and SR data is required for some BAGIS-P parameters. We have a tool that calculates the required PE and SR values but this tool can't use webservices yet. This enhancement will be a 2 step process. 1) Create new web services to serve the data 2) Update the PE and SR tool so that it can use webservices.
