Restore export to ascii menu button #5

Check to see if code is shared with export parameters. If not, either find a way to share it easily or don't restore the button. No need to maintain 2 sets of code.

This code has been moved into the export parameters form and significant changes were made. Per PI, we don't want to maintain 2 sets of code or expend the effort to modularize the code.
