Test 11.3/11.4/11.6: Any changes made to the 'manage users' page are not saved since the code for that page is currently hard-coded.

For more information, refer to the test plan document on Teams.

The 'Manage Users' page is now connected to the database and has been retested. All of the functionalities work as expected.
