Implement basic diazo theme #35

This PR is against the current theme package branch.

I don't feel comfortable doing the last remaining task in the tasklist (Remove unwanted inclusions from custom barceloneta.plone.export.less) since when I tried I could not notice a difference with an empty less file.

@silviot I can take a look and finish up any less cleanup.

I rebased this onto master and made some changes to disable plone base theming as much as possible. The bsync command is now available and the plone-bsync doesn't annoyingly open new browser windows anymore. I think this is in pretty good shape, so I'll merge it to master.

Note to @witekdev portlet styles can go into portlets.less where I added a little base styling to make sure the control panel didn't look terrible.
