As a content editor I will be able to add lead images to Pages, Folders, Events and Links.

[x] update the install profile to add the plone.leadimage behavior from plone.app.contenttypes to these types.
[x] test that lead images can be added to Pages, Folders, Events and Links

@witekdev Could you make PRs for these stories (with a base branch of story/5-addons though we won't merge it to that branch).
