I don't think it's possible. Please check your folder. The new weather file should have the same file name as the original xls weather file, with the extension .weather. Try sorting the files by date.
For some reason the .weather file was not loaded into the same output folder as the other files (crop, ctrl, operation, soil). It was printed in the folder I pulled the settings from. In its place an xls version of the weather file was output...odd.
Have you found the weather file?
For some reason, currently the new weather file has to be generated in the same folder as the xml weather file.

I tried to create a new weather file today with the code to convert input files from vb to c but the code is creating an xls weather file instead of a .weather file.
