Joss edits to address #30 #33

Updates to the JOSS paper to address reviewer feedback in #30. Updates include:

  1. Citation of MultiNest
  2. Addition of formulas to describe the dimensionless power spectrum fit for in the code
  3. Restructuring the text to rebalance the summary and statement of need sections
  4. Add mention of MPI compatibility
  5. Add a sentence pointing to two previous BayesEoR papers for comparisons with other methods
