I don't know exactly what I did wrong, but there were changes in the hera_analysis branch I wanted to add to main for data preprocessing, using npy files in the instrument model, and allowing dictionaries to be passed for data and noise estimates instead of separate files. I'm going to merge these changes into main and make a new branch for hera_analysis where the only differences should be parameter files and maybe prior ranges in run_EoR.py.
