Store session ID in cookie #6

This way, the URL shown will be the same for any instance of the widget.

Instead of using cookies (just in case the iBook has any issue working with cookies), we will do it using a HTTP GET parameter: 2b332a184a6831a245dae37d292d84b9a0f7f642
