Allow Entity List to filter by tags #38

This is a small update to the Entity Selection export mashup to allow the user to select tags to filter by. This is helpful if you are using tags to do version releases/hotfixes in complex or multi dev projects. This also includes a small change to the Git Utility Thing, to include the tags parameter for the entity query

Created and tested in TWX 9.2, I havent checked for backwards compatibility

Approved, but the functionality will be available in a new branch as part of release 5.0.0. This branch will not be used anymore as it contains 8.5 specific code.
