OPAC search with no results bad display #4

In the opac if you retrieve no results from a BLDSS ILL search the text overlaps. I've addressed this in opacusercss. See screenshot. screenshot-aidev development ptfsadmin uk0 bigv io-2019 02 21-15-16-12
