Function to delete sub units when deleting a top unit #315

At the moment you need to delete the child units first and only then can delete the top level hierarchy.

An enhancement would be to add the ability - at the point of deleting a top level unit - to have a prompt 'This will also delete x sub-units.. are you sure'.
