TItle loses hyperlink/find item on shelf icon when list is published #319

Some items lose the title hyperlink when the list is published - video below shows several items selected from Koha connector, all have their titles hyperlinked in the selection list, and again when the items are brought into the list, but once the list is published the first item loses the hyperlink and the 'find items on shelf' icon: https://www.screencast.com/t/EMIoxMYAy

The first and second items in the video both show material type as 'unknown' so I would have expected them to display in the same way, do you it might be to do with the Koha record?

Thanks very much for this. This is a known issue and we're in the process for working out a fix. Once a fix has been implemented, I'll update this issue.
