Hi,

The below pages seem bugged, or at least, are throwing unexpected errors when I navigate to them:

I've tested this on another account and the issue persists.

Hi - we're seeing the same issue with requests from items added from the Koha connector and added manually (we'll need to do both)

We're receiving the 'New material request from rebus:list' email alerts though

Many thanks for this. I've had a look and am able to replicate the problem on both of your instances. I'll look into it and get back to you once I've got to the bottom of it.
