Allow setting number of items to display for array type csl properties #345

In some cases, we have a whole set of ISBN's in the ISBN field. These are in an array and we currently concatenate them when the field is added for display by the templates.

Can we possibly add an option to parameterize this functionality and reduce the number of items from the array to display?

This is possible, it could be added as an attribute for the <csl-isbn> etc. elements. Not sure of the use case for this though, since there will be no way of determining which of the values will be displayed, it'll all be a bit arbitrary...

OK, fair enough, all do-able
