Vufind's GetHoldings method allows us to return copynumbers. These are rarely used in Koha.
Instead we should be able to return itype, ccode, or location in that field.
As all of the above will return codes, appropriate configuration fields should be added to the KohaRest.ini to allow translation from code to user string.
