Funding Fees #336

Funding Fees from PT are not being incorporated into sales totals. It should be investigated whether they are available via PT's API, otherwise PTMs sales records will become increasingly inaccurate over time.

Funding fees are only available for "Yesterday" and "Today" and the "Last 7 Days" from profit trailer. There is no easy way to track them in PTMagic and deduct them from profit totals, since they aren't incorporated into the sales data, and all profit totals in the PTM monitor are based on the PT sales database.

At this point, the only option would be for PTMagic to create it's own database of funding fees using "Yesterday's" funding fees from PT, and then apply those daily.
