[Enhancement] Add to/remove from all configs #37

Given that I like to experiment with faster transportion, going through all configs to add one item or remove one item from all of them could be simplified imo. Maybe even at some point a "Per region" baseline that we could edit (e.g. xerics amulet for kourend dungeon)

Code is not structured in that way right now. Its possible but wont be for awhile
