Reshape data and export as in Excel workbook #14

Reshape the data to wide format (currently everything is in long format).

Combine all data sets in one Excel workbook.

The output should be similar to V12 of RWI-GEO-REDX.

Keep number of observations in mind. We do not want to report everything (see #7)
