Perform unit testing by validating that outputs have right format/ dimensions

Output tables should have the right length (like TimeEff - 16 years for the current version), number of grids, districts and municipalities should be rather fixed

Check time range: min should be 2008 (or 2008-1) and end should be max(year) or max(quarter)
