⚠️ This PR is meant to be merged into iu/chmy and "just" fixes the CI workflow and testing.
This PR adresses some temporary issues with testing and CI, mostly resulting from the fact that Chmy.jl is not yet registered. As a result, one needs to manually add it from URL to the CI workflows.
Since the "core" was now moved to Chmy.jl, this PR also fixes the doc.
To make sure testing works as expected, we now intentionally test for the dummy replicate of Chmy.Grids.
