Capa plugin #118

Hi everybody.

It is possible to integrate the plugin "capa" from the flare team ?? https://github.com/fireeye/capa

Thank you for your suggestion. From a quick overview of the Capa repo, I don't see why it cannot be implemented as a plugin. Hopefully someone who is likewise motivated by the prospect of Capa + Stoq can take up the effort of integrating them together.
