Changes:

fix some typos
add oriented bounding boxes (OBB) support, evaluated on ULTRALYTICS YOLO11m-obb model
support validation of YOLOv10 and YOLO11 models exported using ULTRALYTICS
numpy restrictions to <2.0.0 version
